ABC will be coming to Kenai to cover Judge Margaret Murphy's June 23 arraignment (at 10 AM) in the Kenai Courthouse.  The arraignment is happening because of a  Kenai Grand Jury investigation.  The corruption in Alaska's judicial system is being exposed.  They have indicted Judge Murphy on Class B felony perjury. (See attachment.) We need as many people as possible to show up.  The judicial system is finally being put on notice that lies from judges will not be tolerated. Hope to see everyone there - and we are having a get together afterward at Kenai's Los Compadres restaurant.

Your Alaska Link: Protestors take issue with Alaska Supreme Court

ANCHORAGE (Your Alaska Link) - Protesters picketed outside the Nesbett Courthouse in downtown Anchorage Wednesday. By Ian Stewart, Your Alaska Link - Apr 20, 2023 This morning’s protest was a continued response to what protesters see as the Alaska Supreme Court overstepping its boundaries with Court Order Number 1993. In July of 2022, a Kenai grand jury convened to investigate concerns of corruption in the duties or system, particularly of Marla Greenstein. But the actions of the Supreme Court seemed suspicious to some. “This is exactly what grand jury should look at, and then a grand jury said, ‘Whoa!’ and started…

KDLL: “Following public outcry, assembly asks legislature to look into grand jury concerns”

Riley Board / KDLL    Protesters outside the Kenai Courthouse on the morning of Wednesday, March 15.KDLL | By Riley Board Published March 16, 2023 at 3:07 PM AKDT A coalition of protesters based in Kenai are standing up against what they see as unconstitutional limitations of the power of grand juries to investigate corrupt public officials, and of the public’s ability to access the juries. Grand juries are made up of citizens and decide whether there is enough evidence to charge a person with a crime. If a grand jury determines there is enough evidence, the case then goes to…

YourAlaskaLink.com (ABC/Fox): Alaskans protest Supreme Court Order No. 1993

By Ian Stewart, Your Alaska Link - Mar 16, 2023 Updated Mar 16, 2023 One group of concerned citizens in Anchorage is one of many around Alaska protesting Supreme Court Order No. 1993. It’s a move many, like Todd Lindley, think it’s the court overstepping its power. “The grand jury should be a place where a citizen could go and get justice. They’re going in and they’re allowed to investigate many different things. And so now that grand jury or that citizen doesn’t have that opportunity,” Lindley said. While many protesting here have experienced this corruption, one case stands out. In…

April 19th Rally at Nesbett Courthouse in support of grand jurors rights to investigate

On April 19th 2023 over 54 people joined a rally outside the Nesbett courthouse.  Alaska's state constitution guarantees the right of the Alaska Grand Jurors to investigate in instances where the judicial system fails.  SCO 1993 interrupts or is attempting to interrupt this right.  The Alaska Grand Jurors Association gathers as often as possible when grand jurors convene to hear cases.  They meet to help those who are subject to court actions that are unjust find justice.  You can find a video of most of these events by following Politadick. If you are interested in the Channel 2 KTUU coverage…
