Timeline for Alaskas Grand Jury investigation rights under Article I Section 8 with supporting evidence.

Alaska Judicial Corruption Timeline by Alaska Grand Jurors Association 1955: Alaskan citizens elect 55 Alaska Delegates to write a constitution protecting We The People from government tyranny. 1955-1956: Constitutional Convention Delegates write Alaska’s Constitution. Other than the right to bear arms, the only take-action right the delegates give us to physically confront and stop government corruption is our citizen grand juries: Article 1, Section 8 “The power of grand juries to investigate and make recommendations concerning the public welfare or safety shall never be suspended.” By unanimous consent, all agreed that grand juries have the power to investigate and address…

Grand juries and the judicial branch.  Representative Ben Carpenter has championed the power of grand juries.  Here are some of the sections under Article I you should be aware of: Under Article I of the Alaska State Constitution the declaration of rights is clearly laid out. Section 1 states, This constitution is dedicated to the principles that all persons have a natural right to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and the enjoyment of the rewards of their own industry; that all persons are equal and entitled to equal rights, opportunities, and protection under the law; and that all persons…

AGJA letter to share with Prosecutor Clint Campion

AGJA letter to share with Prosecutor Clint Campion

Independent Prosecutor Campion, Thank you for speaking with me about the recent dismissal of the indictment against Judge Margearet Murphy. As discussed, the dismissal had nothing to do with whether or not Judge Murphy was in fact guilty of felony perjury to the Kenai Grand Jury, but was based on technical issues: A juror who went missing reduced the number of Grand Jury members below the required 12. The indictment was not specific enough. The Grand Jury was not given proper instructions. The Grand Jury was given inadmissible evidence. You agreed all these problems could be solved by simply giving…
Margaret Murphy hearing

Join us March 21, 2024 10AM for the Hearing for Margaret Murphy in Anchorage

Judge Margret Murphy has a hearing set for March 21 at 10 AM for trial call  oral arguments in 3HO-23-00295 CR to the Anchorage Nesbett Courthouse, room 401 at 10am. This will also be live-streamed on the Alaska Court System website: https://courts.alaska.gov/  but a better source will be Politadicks website or his facebook.  This two-year and ongoing Grand Jury investigation, indictment, and report/recommendation concerns systemic judicial corruption.  This indicates a cover up in Alaska - implicating even current Alaska Supreme Court Justices and Marla Greenstein, Alaska's only judge investigator for the last 35 years and counting (over 8000 judge investigations…

Convention of States

What is your take on the status of our government?  Have they gotten too corrupt or are they doing a good job?  Are the courts abiding by the laws that they were set up to enforce or are they doing a good job.  I would venture to say that AGJA would not exist if things like SCO 1993 were ethical.  We need to support the Convention of States.  It is not a right or left thing it is supporting a government for the people, by the people, accountable to the people. It is the solution to the problems in DC…
