Judge Margaret Murphy’s Oct 4th Homer hearing

Judge Margaret Murphy’s Oct 4th Homer hearing
Arraignment

On October 4 at 10 AM, we ask all Alaskans to come together to protect Alaska’s constitution.  We support our citizen Grand Juries’ right to investigate and address government corruption.  See the news story by KTUU on Judge Murphy.

On this date, at the Homer courthouse, there will be a hearing to schedule the felony perjury trial against Judge Margaret Murphy.  This is in connection with a 12 month and ongoing Kenai Grand Jury investigation into state-wide judicial corruption. This investigation, indictment, and trial comes after 30 years of unconstitutional suppression by government officials.  Alaska Grand Jury rights to investigate and indict government officials has been suppressed long enough.

Alaska Grand Jurors Association believes it is critical that Alaskan citizens attend Judge Murphy’s hearing.  The people need to show the government that the public is watching.  More importantly voters need to show the Kenai Grand Jury we honor their bravery and have their back.  This is especially critical since the Alaska Supreme Court is now trying to stop the Kenai Grand Jury from further action. (See Supreme Court Order 1993 and its accompanying memorandum dated November 22, 2022 – see alaskastateofcorruption.com.)

If the Kenai Grand Jury sees that the public supports them, how many more corrupt officials might they investigate and indict before they are finished?

And we may never know the true harm if we fail to back up the Kenai Grand Jury:

“Let us remember that if we suffer tamely a lawless attack upon our liberty, we encourage it, and involve others in our doom; it is a very serious consideration that millions yet unborn may be the miserable sharers of the event.” United States Founding Father Samuel Adam’s.

So far, Judge Murphy’s prosecution has been covered by major TV stations – see alaskastateofcorruption.com

In addition to the above, please vote for Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly member Bill Elam on October 3. Mr. Elam was instrumental in starting the Kenai Grand Jury investigation which uncovered systemic corruption within our judicial system.

Please distribute this message far and wide.

If you can’t attend in person, please call the Homer Courthouse at (907) 235-8171 for Zoom info.
