A common media low includes failure to provide both sides

In David Ignell’s story “Juneau city officials usher in new era of voter misinformation,” there is clear evidence that the media is fling the people once again.  Any agency that insists on putting out one sided information is doing the community a grave injustice.   When a city takes the time to mail out information to voters but fails to provide all the information it is in fact engaging in the sharing of misinformation.  Due diligence in the media falls short of ethical standards the people deserve.  When you read information especially any sent to you from any government organization be sure to do your research.

You will also find this lack of ethics when reading about SCO 1993.  In section 6.1 the restraints are not in favor of the people but rather the judicial system.  What happens when it is the judicial system that is failing the people?  Where can someone go to hold those who make laws accountable?  Any agency that prevents the people they represent from seeking resolutions should be highly suspect.  No innocent person will support hiding the truth.  A truly honest person should be entitled to a fair trial under an honest judicial system.

For more information on corruption in the system follow David Ignell or Politadick two news sources that actually deliver the full story.  There is also a AlaskaGrandJurorsAssociation facebook page.  Nothing short of both sides should be considered real news.  Support these sources for more accurate and truth based news.
