Reflecting on Justice

This is David Haeg. I started this group to restore the constitutional rights of grand juries to investigate what they want to investigate.  AGJA seeks to restore the rights of individual citizens to appeal directly to the grand jury. Many people statewide support this effort.  Republican, Democrats, and people who support RCV and those who don’t can all be affected by illegal actions in government. Those who support vaccines and those who don’t are all people who matter.  Whatever your beliefs are one thing is sure, your right to a trial and justice within the legal system should be protected.  Alaska Grand Jurors Investigations help prevent things like perjury and other miscarriages of justice.

I would appreciate it if this group stayed on the grand jury issue and issues related to judical ethics.  If it does not it will destroy itself.  When someone does bring up something off topic, please be nice when reminding them what this group is for. We all have things we disagree with each other on.  We have to remember the specific reason AGJA exists.  That is to ensure the right of grand jurors to investigate as per the Alaska State Constitution.  We are neither political or focused on politics.  We care about justice and access to ethical courts for all.

I really rely on this group for direction on what I believe is the most dangerous issue that has ever threatened Alaska. AGJA needs all of you.

For those of you who have followed us the last few years this is not news to you.  For new folks to this effort we do our best not to make this political but rather factual and educational.  Everyone deserves true justice in the system.  We are hoping you will join us and respect different political philosophies while still understanding that any corruption in the legal system, legislature or government is extremely damaging to all parties.  The question is not about politics but rather about integrity in our system.
