On August 11th, we ask you to join us in a peaceful sit- in at the Kenai Alaska courthouse at 945 AM at Judge Margaret Murphy's pretrial hearing.  AGJA seeks independent investigations into allegations of systemic corruption within our judicial system. Criminal Rule 6.1 The Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly has already passed a resolution calling for the Alaska Legislature to investigate citizen concerns. To honor Hoonah Tribal Councils Resolution #23-25

Hoonah Resolution #23-25 judicial failure in Thomas Mack case

Resolution #23-25 HIA Resolution - 2023 The Hoonah Indian Association makes some very good points in RESOLUTION #23-25 Resolution of Support for Thomas Jack. You should read up on this case.  The Native communities are unrepresented in the judicial system.  Governor Dunleavy has failed to recognize or act on this.  Tribal Council findings represent the facts.  A court stacked against Thomas Mack- that being an all white court is not justice.  Native neighbors ethnic rights in the judiciary system harms Alaska.  It devalues their freedoms by placing them in jeopardy of dealing with a stacked deck.  It would seem our…
PAC derails Justice

PAC’s and the impact our courts have on elections

Worried about institutional corruption?  You should be.  Here is yet another example of corruption by elected officials through the influence of courts which will not allow the hobbling of super PACs.   The legal precedent for super PACs Many people believe that the US Supreme Court's decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, which allowed corporations to spend money directly in elections, compels this result. But Citizens United, bad as it was, didn't say anything about super PACs. Instead, starting a few months after the Citizens United decision, a handful of lower courts, based on an unfortunate misunderstanding of Citizens United, decided that the Constitution…
Corruption in Politics: the Corrupt Bastards Club

Corruption in Politics: the Corrupt Bastards Club

The name "Corrupt Bastards Club" was widely used to designate Alaska legislators implicated in a massive ongoing federal corruption investigation.  Elected officials benefitted from ripping off tax payers. Some even had the audacity to wear hats bearing the emblem CBC.  Take some time to remember that those elected in all areas of government are not above the law. It is important to remember that oil has a way of greasing more than an engine.  In the corruption among state representatives and senators bribes greased the hands of elected officials.  Just another way that justice finds a way to light.  Exposing corruption…

Judge Margaret Murphy indicted hearing set for June 23

Judge Margaret Murphy indicted by a grand jury in Kenai for perjury.  Here are some snippets from Channel 2 news coverage of Judge Murphy charges.  It is easy to pin point corruption when one reads SCO 1993.  The Alaska Constitution clearly sets out a remedy for investigating corruption.  This indictment is an example of what can come from a grand jurors investigation.

Anchorage Alaska Grand Jurors Association Rally April 19th 2023

Alaska Grand Jurors Association convened in Anchorage on April 19th. More than 50 people joined in support of grand juries rights to investigate.  AGJA exists to expose corruption in the AK judicial commission. This is just the beginning.  He stood up and said, "NO.  I know my rights.  I know I was wronged by the judicial system.  Judicial ethics are a must." This man stood up and asked others to join him.  He believes in equal justice.  He knows our Constitutional right to have grand juries investigate should not be prevented.  His voice is unfaltering even as he was unfairly…
