On Saturday September 9th the AGJA will gather at the Kenai River Bridge near SBS in Soldotna.  There will be signs available to show support for Alaska Grand Jurors right to investigate.  Help shine light on corrupt state officials.  Alaska Grand Jurors Association supports the right of grand jurors to investigate as is laid out in our state constitution.  This is also a reminder that Judge Murphy's trial call will be held October 4th at the Homer courthouse at 10AM.  This hearing is being held in Judge Thomas Matthews courtroom as a visiting judge and is supposed to be livestreamed…

Preliminary Hearing for Margaret Murphy Held in Homer On a beautiful day in Homer Alaska 36 people from around the state gathered for the Preliminary hearing of Judge Margaret Murphy.  Judge Murphy is charged with perjury.  She is facing ten years in jail with up to $100,000.00 fine.  This is in effect the trial of the century and tax payers should be outraged by this abuse of power. To Alaska residents the State of Alaska Constitution adopted on February 5th, 1955, ratified April 4, 1956 means justice is fair.  Beyond that it is the Governors responsibility for the faithful execution…

Supreme Court Justices make laws without Governors involvement or approval Alaska Supreme Court Justices, Daniel Winfree, Peter Maassen, Susan Carney, Dario Borghesan, and Jennifer Henderson in December 2022, hastily passed a law SCO 1993 Rule 6.1, "To suspend Grand Jury power to investigate, subpoena, recommend, or indict corrupt officials. Margaret Murphy went to school at Valaparaiso University in Indiana. The American Bar Association accredited this university in 1929.  The bar association also "censured the school for admitting applicants who did not appear capable of satisfactorily completing the school's program of legal education and being admitted to the bar (Wikipedia).  Located in Indiana just south of Chicago this school has a history of enrolling students with poor education capabilities.  In 2020 Valaparaiso University was shut down.  Margaret Murphy worked as a school librarian and a paralegal while attending this school (1985-1987).  This school was home to the youngest woman to…
