The Alaska Grand Jurors job of balancing justice

The Alaska Grand Jurors job of balancing justice

1. Simply, this is about: (A) “Public Corruption” in the form of evidence that the Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct has falsified potentially thousands of official investigations to keep corrupt judges on the bench and ruling over Alaska’s citizens; (B) how a Kenai Grand Jury, who investigated the forgoing evidence for nearly 2 years, is now being unconstitutionally prevented from exposing and addressing this corruption; and (C) how the Kenai Grand Jury investigated evidence that the Alaska Supreme Court is even implicated in the corruption and cover-up. 2. We must do something to help the original Kenai Grand Jury make…

The purpose of AGJA. Join the fight for equal justice.

This is David Haeg. I started this group to restore the constitutional rights of grand juries to investigate what they want to investigate.  AGJA seeks to restore the rights of individual citizens to appeal directly to the grand jury. Many people statewide support this effort.  Republican, Democrats, and people who support RCV and those who don’t can all be affected by illegal actions in government. Those who support vaccines and those who don’t are all people who matter.  Whatever your beliefs are one thing is sure, your right to a trial and justice within the legal system should be protected. …

AGJA letter to share with Prosecutor Clint Campion

AGJA letter to share with Prosecutor Clint Campion

Independent Prosecutor Campion, Thank you for speaking with me about the recent dismissal of the indictment against Judge Margearet Murphy. As discussed, the dismissal had nothing to do with whether or not Judge Murphy was in fact guilty of felony perjury to the Kenai Grand Jury, but was based on technical issues: A juror who went missing reduced the number of Grand Jury members below the required 12. The indictment was not specific enough. The Grand Jury was not given proper instructions. The Grand Jury was given inadmissible evidence. You agreed all these problems could be solved by simply giving…

April 19th Rally at Nesbett Courthouse in support of grand jurors rights to investigate

April 19th Rally at Nesbett Courthouse in support of grand jurors rights to investigate

On April 19th 2023 over 54 people joined a rally outside the Nesbett courthouse.  Alaska's state constitution guarantees the right of the Alaska Grand Jurors to investigate in instances where the judicial system fails.  SCO 1993 interrupts or is attempting to interrupt this right.  The Alaska Grand Jurors Association gathers as often as possible when grand jurors convene to hear cases.  They meet to help those who are subject to court actions that are unjust find justice.  You can find a video of most of these events by following Politadick. If you are interested in the Channel 2 KTUU coverage…
