Alaska Supreme Court Caves In! Agrees to Reconsider Unconstitutional Grand Jury Rule!

Chapter #7: Alaska Supreme Court Caves In! Agrees to Reconsider Unconstitutional Grand Jury Rule! Citizens and Legislators Must Participate! by David Haeg 2/3/26 On January 31, 2026, Governor candidate Treg Taylor announced that the Supreme Court is going to “reconsider” their rule that unconstitutionally prevents citizens from appealing to Grand Juries directly and unconstitutionally requires Grand Juries to obtain government approval to investigate government corruption.     [or text “video” to (907) 398-6403] A rule that Mr. Taylor, when he was Attorney General, helped write, admitted was unconstitutional at his January 17, 2026 meet/greet - where he also tried to justify his…

The Missing Juror in a grand jury case derails two years of investigation and indictment

Chapter #6: The Missing Juror. by David Haeg 1/25/26   In 2022 citizens protested outside Alaska’s courthouses, demanding a Grand Jury investigation into: (1) evidence that Marla Greenstein is falsifying investigations to keep corrupt judges on the bench and (2) evidence that Alaska’s Department of Law, Bar Association, Commission on Judicial Conduct, Court System, and judges are covering up for Ms. Greenstein. On June 29, 2022 a Kenai Grand Jury votes, by majority vote, to investigate the above. Judge Jennifer Wells orders the Grand Jury to stop investigating and permanently dismisses them from service. Citizens organize a state-wide courthouse sit-in…

Fatally Compromising Alaska’s Judicial System Integrity

Chapter #5: Marla Greenstein: Fatally Compromising the Integrity of Alaska’s Judicial System. by David Haeg 1/5/26 Since 1989, Marla Greenstein has been the sole investigator of every complaint made against every Alaskan judge. She receives about 20 complaints a month, meaning she has investigated over 8000 complaints so far. Evidence indicates that Ms. Greenstein is falsifying investigations to keep corrupt judges on the bench.  Her actions include falsifying certified written documents to hide her tracks. Evidence indicates that judges and officials are covering up for Ms. Greenstein. Time Line of Facts In 2010 Superior Court Judge Stephanie Joannides certified the…
Chapter #4: Clint Campion: Trojan Horse for Kenai Grand Jury Counsel

Chapter #4: Clint Campion: Trojan Horse for Kenai Grand Jury Counsel

by David Haeg 12/11/25 How a Kenai Grand Jury was derailed in writing an indictment by the special prosecutor assigned to help them do it From 2021 to 2023 a Kenai Grand Jury (KGJ) investigated corruption and cover up in the Alaska Department of Law (DOL) and Alaska Court System (ACS). In mid-2022 the KGJ asked that Chief Assistant Attorney General Jenna Gruenstein, a top DOL official who was serving as their legal counsel, be replaced with “independent” counsel. Little did the KGJ know Chief AAG Gruenstein would be replaced with a private “independent” attorney who had a direct and…

Corrupt Officials

With his new Grand Jury “process”, Alaska Attorney General Treg Taylor joins conspiracy to hide corruption

With his new Grand Jury “process”, Alaska Attorney General Treg Taylor joins conspiracy to hide corruption. This requires our Governor to appoint an independent commission to publicly investigate: it is the only way to restore the public’s trust. On August 18, 2025 AG Taylor gave a town hall presentation in Soldotna to “restore public confidence in the system” and to defend his new “process” that makes him the “gatekeeper” to Alaska’s Grand Juries. Borough Assembly chambers were packed with angry citizens and Zoom buzzed with testimony and questions from one end of Alaska to the other.  As Taylor tried, but…

The Alaska Grand Jurors job of balancing justice

The Alaska Grand Jurors job of balancing justice

1. Simply, this is about: (A) “Public Corruption” in the form of evidence that the Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct has falsified potentially thousands of official investigations to keep corrupt judges on the bench and ruling over Alaska’s citizens; (B) how a Kenai Grand Jury, who investigated the forgoing evidence for nearly 2 years, is now being unconstitutionally prevented from exposing and addressing this corruption; and (C) how the Kenai Grand Jury investigated evidence that the Alaska Supreme Court is even implicated in the corruption and cover-up. 2. We must do something to help the original Kenai Grand Jury make…

The purpose of AGJA. Join the fight for equal justice.

This is David Haeg. I started this group to restore the constitutional rights of grand juries to investigate what they want to investigate.  AGJA seeks to restore the rights of individual citizens to appeal directly to the grand jury. Many people statewide support this effort.  Republican, Democrats, and people who support RCV and those who don’t can all be affected by illegal actions in government. Those who support vaccines and those who don’t are all people who matter.  Whatever your beliefs are one thing is sure, your right to a trial and justice within the legal system should be protected. …
