URGENT NOTICE VENUE CHANGE FOR JUDGE MURPHY HEARING

URGENT NOTICE VENUE CHANGE FOR JUDGE MURPHY HEARING

Location change in Judge Murphy felony prosecution oral arguments! Judge Thomas Matthews changed the January 8, 2024 arguments in 3HO-23-00295CR to the Anchorage Nesbett Courthouse, room 401 at 10am. They will also be live-streamed on the Alaska Court System website: https://courts.alaska.gov/ Everyone possible should attend in person, as this Grand Jury investigation and indictment concerns systemic judicial corruption and cover up - implicating even the Alaska Supreme Court and Marla Greenstein, Alaska's only judge investigator for the last 35 years and counting (over 8000 judge investigations so far). It's clear Alaska's judges will be under enormous pressure to keep the…
January 8 Alaska Judicial Corruption Court Hearing

January 8 Alaska Judicial Corruption Court Hearing

Third-district Presiding Judge Thomas Matthews denied Judge Murphy’s/Grand Jury Independent Prosecutor Campion's combined request to dispense with oral argument in the felony prosecution of Judge Murphy. The reason for the denial? Judge Matthews stated it is important this case is "transparent and open to the public." Thus, Alaska Grand Jury Association thinks it very important this time around to get everyone possible to attend oral arguments on Murphy's motion to dismiss. They are scheduled for 10am on Monday, January 8, 2024 in the Homer courthouse.   Several people are looking at staying at Lands End to ensure there are bodies in…

Convention of States

What is your take on the status of our government?  Have they gotten too corrupt or are they doing a good job?  Are the courts abiding by the laws that they were set up to enforce or are they doing a good job.  I would venture to say that AGJA would not exist if things like SCO 1993 were ethical.  We need to support the Convention of States.  It is not a right or left thing it is supporting a government for the people, by the people, accountable to the people. It is the solution to the problems in DC…

Message from David Haeg regarding purpose of AGJA

This is David Haeg. I started this group to restore the constitutional rights of grand juries to investigate what they want to investigate.  AGJA seeks to restore the rights of individual citizens to appeal directly to the grand jury. Many people statewide support this effort.  Republican, Democrats, and people who support RCV and those who don't can all be affected by illegal actions in government. Those who support vaccines and those who don't are all people who matter.  Whatever your beliefs are one thing is sure, your right to a trial and justice within the legal system should be protected. …

Judge Jennifer Wells Commits Two Felonies as a judge

Judge Jennifer Wells Commits Two Felonies as a judge

On June 29, 2022, a Kenai grand jury, by majority vote, voted to investigate evidence of public corruption within Alaska’s judicial system. Deputy Attorney General John Skidmore; Judge Jennifer Wells; Presiding Judge William Morse; attorney Marla Greenstein (who investigated all 8000 Alaska judge complaints in the last 33 years); District Attorney Scot Leaders; Alaska Department of Law; Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct; Alaska Department of Public Safety; Alaska Bar Association; and Alaska Governor’s office would be investigated. Prior to witnesses being sworn or evidence presented, Judge Wells ordered the grand jury to stop investigating and permanently dismissed the grand jurors…

Alaskans – See Direct Evidence of Corruption in Our Judicial System!

On dates/times/locations below, David Haeg will give a presentation that implicates numerous Alaskan judicial system officials in felony crime or its cover up. This includes, but is not limited to, all five judges on the Alaska Supreme Court; Marla Greenstein (Alaska’s only investigator of judges since 1989 - 33 years and counting - 8000 judge investigations so far); John Skidmore (Alaska’s Deputy Attorney General); Nancy Meade (General Counsel for the Alaska Court System); and Scot Leaders (Alaska District Attorney). Mr. Haeg will answer any and all questions citizens, media, and/or government officials may have. November 27 @ 7pm in Palmer/Wasilla:…
Salute to Vic Fischer’s protect the Constitution

Salute to Vic Fischer’s protect the Constitution

The passing of Vic Fischer the last survivor to be a member of the Alaska Constitution Convention.  While he was a dedicated Democrat he showed how important the Constitution was.  He said this, “It’s so basic,” Fischer told Politico. “If somebody comes along and wants to destroy the constitutional structure of Alaska, they should not be elected to the Legislature.”   Taking that into consideration AGJA implores all of you to share the message that our Constitutional rights should be protected.  The long arm of government is getting into too many places it should not  be.  In doing so it is…
Alaska Judicial Corruption Timeline

Alaska Judicial Corruption Timeline

1955: Alaskan citizens elect 55 Delegates from all over Alaska to write a constitution that will protect all future Alaskans from government tyranny. 1955-1956: Constitutional Convention Delegates carefully write Alaska’s Constitution. Other than the last-resort right to bear arms, the only take-action right the delegates give us to physically confront and stop government corruption is our citizen grand juries: Article 1, Section 8 “The power of grand juries to investigate and make recommendations concerning the public welfare or safety shall never be suspended.” Without a single Delegate in opposition, they agreed that grand juries have the power to investigate and…
