In the upcoming election Judges up for rentention votes should be voted out

In the upcoming election you will find 15 judges who are up for retention.  Lots of people have questions about how to vote regarding these judges.  Some people have no questions at all and just take the Alaska Judicial Council recommendations.  98% of the time the judicial council will recommend keeping all judges. Supreme Court of AK justices

Exposing corruption of the state judicial system is the focus of Alaska Grand Jurors Association and a reason to ask questions

AGJA is a simple grass roots organization that seeks to grow the knowledge of taxpayers about unethical actions of our government, particularly in conjunction with the court system.  Started to restore the rights of grand jurors to investigate as state in the Alaska State Constitution, AGJA is evolving into an effort to right corruption in the courts. We seek to educate people about cases, laws and the constitution as it pertains to the protections, we are all entitled to.  It is hard to pinpoint the catalyst that started this movement but surely the case of David Haeg did play a…

Thomas Garber’s fight for equal access to justice

The fight for justice Thomas Garber was a husband and a father who saw his family destroyed by OCS.  Like most people he was seeking help through legal means.  The avenues were closed one by one like slamming doors in his face.  The fall out was the destruction of a family.  Mr. Garber is not a rich man.  He has limited income and was wrongfully denied his right to address these wrongs simply due to his economic handicap. Who represents the court system Meanwhile the superior court justice, the subject of this legal action by Thomas Garber, is well represented. …

Court rulings ruin a family and cost us millions

There is nothing more traumatic than something that impacts your family unity, finances or health and safety.  Most people are aware that false allegations of abuse create situations for families that can impact one or all of these critical areas.  For AK MOM who is an amazing woman and mother it was life changing.  When it comes down to it this crisis did not just impact her but the children and all of us Tax Payers as well.  For the last three years we have paid for the negligent care of her wrongfully removed children in OCS custody.  We have…

Alaskans and All Americans, Protect your Rights! (consider filling out and sending the below short message) Independent Prosecutor Clint Campion, campion@alaskalaw.pro WE the people ask that you seek a new indictment of Judge Margaret Murphy for lying under oath to the Grand Jury.
