Third-district Presiding Judge Thomas Matthews denied Judge Murphy’s/Grand Jury Independent Prosecutor Campion's combined request to dispense with oral argument in the felony prosecution of Judge Murphy. The reason for the denial? Judge Matthews stated it is important this case is "transparent and open to the public." Thus, Alaska Grand Jury Association thinks it very important this time around to get everyone possible to attend oral arguments on Murphy's motion to dismiss. I started this group to restore the constitutional rights of grand juries to investigate what they want to investigate.  AGJA seeks to restore the rights of individual citizens to appeal directly to the grand jury. When you look at government and society you need to ask yourself who controls public opinion.  Most people are happy going with the flow which is why things like the trial of Judge Murphy goes quietly to the sidelines.  This group exists to ensure corruption like this are brought to light despite mainstream medias attempts to minimize it.  Letting the media influence the truth is predominantly the way government gets us to go with the flow.  Try watching Nome Chomsky‘s “Manufacturing Consent” which opens ones eyes to how the news is just propaganda.  Also try the book by Edward Bernays…
