You may have noticed an uptake in government officials being charged with crimes against the people they are elected to represent. In Alaska we are seeing it in the courts, with politicians, state agencies like Office of Children’s Services and among law enforcement. What you might not be aware of is this problem is coming under national scrutiny. Montana’s Attorney General Austin Knudsen has recently made huge headlines. Reporter AMY BETH HANSON from AP news quoted Tim Stauch, “Knudsen or attorneys under his supervision “routinely and frequently undermined public confidence in the fairness and impartiality of our system of justice by attempting to evade the authority of the Montana Supreme Court and assaulting the integrity of the judiciary and the individual Justices who were duly elected by Montana citizens to make decisions,” special counsel Tim Strauch wrote in the complaint.” Corruption it is not just for breakfast anymore! We the people of the United States need to speak up. Our taxes are literally being used to bully us into financial and legal ruin by our own government entities. KTVH a local Montana station has a great story worth your time.
With five Alaska Supreme Court Justices imposing law with SCO 1993 from the bench this is nothing short of illegal. The three branches of government were separate for a reason and the overreach is unacceptable. Allowing any government agency to go unchecked allows for those in positions of power to act without ethics. Our own United States Supreme Court Justices are also experiencing questionable ethics. Even the White House is getting in on the action of exposing corruption, well at least outside of the house of the people. They claim to be addressing corruption by such things as Holding Corrupt Actors Accountable, Preserving and strengthening the multilateral anti-corruption architecture, Curbing illicit finance, Modernizing, coordinating, and resourcing U.S. Government efforts to fight corruption, and more. Represent.US is a national organization looking at corruption and the impact on the United States economic and family strengths. Major corruption cases over the years have been investigated by the FBI, to include Watergate. It is not crazy for the people to rise up and speak to keep the government in line. The point is the act of reigning in corruption starts at home. Here in Alaska our courts and the Supreme Court justices have overstepped by allowing laws to be made from the bench. The only thing standing in their way is YOU. What are you willing to do about it?
AlaskaGrandJurorsAssociation.org is doing their part to make sure your rights are protected in Alaska courts. It does make a difference when people stand up and speak up. The courts work for the tax payers. Is it time for your to speak up?
