Perjury Hearing Moves to Homer 8/18

Perjury Hearing Moves to Homer 8/18
Judge Margaret Murphy

On August 18 at 10AM, we ask all Alaskans to come together.  We will come together at the HOMER courthouse. Join us for the perjury pretrial hearing for Judge Margaret Murphy. This trial is in connection with a 12 month ongoing Kenai Grand Jury investigation into state-wide judicial corruption. On July 21 Margaret Murphy’s attorney filed a request for change of venue from Kenai to Homer.

Help protect Alaska’s constitution, our Grand Jurors’ rights to investigate and address government corruption.   Do not miss this historic event.  Plan to join fellow Alaskan’s in Homer for this hearing.

This investigation, indictment, and pretrial hearing comes after 30 years of unconstitutional suppression of Alaska Grand Jury rights to investigate and indict government officials. Alaska Grand Jurors Association believes it is critical that as many people as possible attend Judge Murphy’s pretrial hearing.  It is important to show the government that the public is watching.  Help let Grand Jurors know we honor their bravery and have their back.

Grand Jurors Investigations

Both Alaska’s Supreme Court and Deputy Attorney General recently tried to stop this investigation. They did not want the Grand Jurors from finishing its investigation or indicting anyone. (See Supreme Court Order 1993 and its accompanying memorandum dated November 22, 2022.) Supporting the Grand Jurors could lead to more investigations of corruption by judicial officials.  How many more might they investigate and indict before they are finished?

We may never know the true harm to the judicial system or the people of Alaska if we fail to back up the Kenai Grand Jury that indicted Judge Murphy.   “Let us remember that if we suffer tamely a lawless attack upon our liberty, we encourage it, and involve others in our doom; it is a very serious consideration that millions yet unborn may be the miserable sharers of the event” (United States Founding Father Samuel Adam’s).

Media Coverage

Media coverage is limited. Courts do not want people focusing on judicial corruption.  We need you to join us.  This should not get swept under the rug.  Judge Murphy’s prosecution has had limited covered by major TV stations.  People like us need to help to share the news. Please distribute this message far and wide. If you can’t attend in person, call the Homer Courthouse at (907) 235-8171 for Zoom info  (THIS NUMBER MAY CHANGE CHECK BACK REGULARLY).
