Liberty
Protect our liberty and stand up against corruption. On August 11th, we ask you to join us in a peaceful sit- in at the Kenai Alaska courthouse at 945 AM at Judge Margaret Murphy’s pretrial hearing. AGJA seeks independent investigations into allegations of systemic corruption within our judicial system.
Criminal Rule 6.1
The Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly has already passed a resolution calling for the Alaska Legislature to investigate citizen concerns. We urge our elected officials to carefully consider and independently verify the facts presented. We are requesting an investigation with the power to subpoena, swear witnesses in, and grant immunity. At the end of the investigation, we ask that Alaska Criminal Rule 6. 1 be rescinded in its entirety and that any and all restrictions on Alaska Grand Juries, and on a citizen’s right to appeal directly to them, be eliminated.
Take a Stand for ethics
Please stand with us for ethics in the judicial system. Enforce the Constitutional right for Grand Jury Investigations, ask legislators to repeal SCO 1993. Let’s protect the rights of Alaskans and fight against corruption. A grand jury’s investigation led to Judge Murphy’s recent arraignment. This proves oversight is needed. Change is needed in the system. Your input is needed to make that change. We need to shine the light on systematic corruption.
Ask yourself these questions
How long was Judge Murphy on the bench? How many lies under oath, by those entrusted with the law, have negatively impacted cases? What are you willing to do to help it change? Would you attend a rally or protest against systematic corruption? Judicial due process leveled equally is the only solution. Our Constitution gives Grand Juries the right to investigate. The recent ruling of SCO 1993 is impeding the right of grand juries to investigate.
Take a Stand for Liberty
Protect our liberty by speaking up against ethical violations. Freedom rings loudly for all of us. Exposing corruption is not just about finding the truth but protecting the freedoms of people like you.
