Pre meeting at McDonalds in Homer at 9AM. If you can make it you will be appreciated. This hearing and the change in venue should raise concern. Do not let the judicial system sweep this corruption under the run. Get involved and learn why The Alaska Grand Jurors Association is is vital. DO NOT TRUST information disseminated by grandjuror.org which is run by Pete Peterson the previous webhost for AGJA. If you have something RED symbolizing the anger all citizens should feel at judicial corruption please wear it. The visual symbol of unity will speak when we will not be allowed to.
August 18th Judge Murphy Hearing in Homer at 10 AM
A portion of this post is a repeat because of the importance of the message. Please Join us in Protecting Judicial Integrity and the rights of Alaska Grand Jurors to investigate.
Important Change in Date and Location of Alaska Judge Corruption Trial!
On August 18 (was August 11) at 10 AM, we ask all Alaskans to come together to protect Alaska’s constitution and our citizen Grand Juries’ right to investigate and fix government corruption.
On that date, in the Homer (was Kenai originally) courthouse there will be a preliminary hearing for the felony perjury trial against Judge Margaret Murphy in connection with a 12 month and ongoing Kenai Grand Jury investigation into state-wide judicial corruption. This investigation, indictment, and pretrial hearing comes after 30 years of unconstitutional suppression, by government officials, of Alaska Grand Jury rights to investigate and indict government officials.
Alaska Grand Jurors Association believes it is critical that Alaskan citizens attend Judge Murphy’s pretrial hearing. Show the government that the public is watching. More importantly show the Kenai Grand Jury we honor their bravery and have their back; especially since both Alaska’s Supreme Court and Deputy Attorney General recently tried to stop the Kenai Grand Jury from finishing its investigation or indicting anyone. (See Supreme Court Order 1993 and its accompanying memorandum dated November 22, 2022.)
If the Kenai Grand Jury sees that the public supports them, how many more corrupt officials might they investigate and indict before they are finished?
We may never know the true harm if we fail to back up the Kenai Grand Jury:
“Let us remember that if we suffer tamely a lawless attack upon our liberty, we encourage it, and involve others in our doom; it is a very serious consideration that millions yet unborn may be the miserable sharers of the event.” United States Founding Father Samuel Adams.
So far, Judge Murphy’s prosecution has been covered by major TV stations.
Please distribute this message far and wide.
If you can’t attend in person, please call the Homer Courthouse at (907) 235-8171 for Zoom info.
