Every family in Alaska needs to be paying attention to agency’s that need this grand juror investigation and oversight. Families cannot continue to be deprived of safety, happiness and the right to due process simply because they are too poor to afford themselves competent representation by good legal counsel. I think all of you will agree that OCS is just one example of needing an investigation. Judge Margaret Murphy was arraigned on June 23rd at the Kenai courthouse at 10AM. Nothing is more important than ensuring all people having the right to redress government processes, corruption of overstepping of God given and Constitutional rights.
53 citizens joined AGJA and many wore RED symbolizing how MAD they are that our judicial these rights are being trampled on by agent paid for with our tax money. IF you think about it SCO 1993 is more than wrong and no one doing the right thing in any agency would prevent an investigation if they were not trying to hide something.
